This course is entitled to teach the main concepts of shape analysis based on three- dimensional landmark coordinates. In this course, you will learn to manipulate 3D models and use them to collect landmark data, take measurements, and to quantify and visualize the main differences in shape.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate or postgraduate degree in Biomedical, Life or Earth Sciences, basic knowledge of statistics. Basic knowledge of Geometric Morphometric is recommended.
All participants must bring their own personal laptop (Windows).

Schedule and Course length
Online live sessions on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 6th, 7th of June, from 16:00 to 21:00 (Madrid time zone).
35 hours
25 hours of online live lessons, plus 10 hours of participants working on their own. This course is equivalent to 1 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) at the Life Science Zurich Graduate School. The recognition of ECTS by other institutions depends on each university or school.
