2nd Postdoctoral Research Conference of Southern Africa

Welcome message

I’m delighted to extend greetings to everyone attending the second Postdoctoral Conference organized by the Postdoctoral Society at Stellenbosch University. As Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation and Postgraduate studies I am hosting this important event. I want to acknowledge everyone involved in making it a success, including the members of the event’s steering group and local organizing committee and the sponsors and speakers and delegates. Stellenbosch University is committed to Postdoctoral fellows by working with them to make sure we have a platform for interaction across Southern Africa and beyond.  To all those who will join us, I hope you enjoy your interaction with fellow Postdocs. I hope you have a productive and successful conference.
