Christina Hill delivers a 3 part series on developing property in South East Queensland. This seminar provides key insights to inform the due diligence process when purchasing and developing property. As a Senior Town Planner, Christina shares her experience in the development industry and offers town planning concepts and methods to navigate the property market and find sites with development potential. She explains the approval process, timeframes and associated costs.

Part 1. Mapping

• Property market and development approval insights discussed for City Council areas in South East Queensland;
• State Government mapping and referral requirements explained, including the Regional Plan 2017, Koala Habitat Areas, State Controlled Transport Corridors, Natural Hazards, Risk and Resilience;
• Local Government mapping and application requirements explained, including zoning, neighbourhood plans, flooding, biodiversity, character etc;
