Industry Career Transition Training (iCTT) Program

Since many of you requested to get long-term guidance and support for planning transitioning to an industry career after Masters's, Ph.D., or postdoc, I thought to create something in an organized and comprehensive manner. This program will start next year January 2022 and the duration will be 4 months. I will take you through all the steps from career planning, job search, application, interview to offer negotiations and immigration planning. This will cover transition planning in India, Europe as well as the USA.

The course will be conducted every week (weekend) in virtual mode and seats will be limited to 25 participants. Besides me, I will try to invite external guests who will be happy to donate their time and knowledge.

Cost: I will not be charging any fee to you for my time, however, you will be required to make a small number of donations to a nonprofit of my choice ( This is primarily because its human tendency to not give serious effort and time for anything one doesn’t pay any money).

This survey is designed to get your information and understand your interest and challenges in career transition. Based on the response to this survey we will select candidates for the final program in Jan 2022. So please provide your response thoughtfully.
