SBE Postdoctoral Research Fellowships Informational Webinar

Please join NSF's Directorate for Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences (SBE) for an informational webinar about the SBE Postdoctoral Research Fellowships program.

The webinar will be held on Sept. 30 at 11 a.m. Eastern.

The SBE Postdoctoral Research Fellowships program (SPRF) encourages independence early in a Fellow's career through supporting their research and training goals. The research and training plan of each Fellowship must address important scientific questions within the scope of the SBE Directorate and the specific guidelines in this solicitation. SPRF offers two tracks: (I) Fundamental Research in the SBE Sciences (SPRF-FR) and (II) Broadening Participation in the SBE Sciences (SPRF-BP).

This event will feature:

• A presentation from SPRF program director Dr. Josie Welkom about the SPRF program
• A Q&A session for participants to ask questions

We encourage current or recent graduate students who are considering submitting a proposal to the program to attend. We also invite faculty members who may be interested in hosting a Fellow to join us.

Advanced registration is required to attend the webinar.

Please register using the SBE Postdoctoral Research Fellowships ZoomGov Webinar Registration link. The registration form includes space to submit questions about the program in advance of the webinar.

Real time captioning for the meeting is available: Link to website displaying captions during the webinar

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom at [email protected] containing information about joining the webinar. The email contains a unique link for your attendance and should not be shared with others.

If you require reasonable accommodations, please contact [email protected] at least 24 hours before the day of the event.
