There are some fascinating structures that influence everything from our first steps to working on complex transformation projects. Structures of everything from human make-up (neuroscience) to age-old models forgotten and others that have been overused. We will explore a wide range of structure types and give food for thought to some real scenarios that come up in the work of a change manager. This webinar both informs and opens up the floor for discussions and learning in small break out-groups.
