Women in AI Panel Discussion on AI & Leadership - International Women's Day

On March 8th, it’s international Women’s Day! For that occasion, WAI Germany is excited to announce a panel discussion on AI and leadership.

On March 8th, it’s international Women’s Day! For that occasion, WAI Germany is excited to announce a panel discussion on AI and leadership. The discussion will focus on the lack of female representation in AI leadership.

We invited three distinguished speakers with vast experience in the field of data & entrepreneurship:

• Dr. Niklas Guske is Chief Operating Officer at Taktile, a leader in digital decision management. Previously he spent 5 years at BCG solving problems for large enterprises at the intersection of strategy and data science. He holds a PhD in Finance from RWTH Aachen University.

• Tina Ruseva is the founder and CEO of Mentessa, the skill-based community platform for the next age of organizations, and an initiator of the largest conference on the future of work in the DACH region, Big & Growing. After studying Computer Science and business at Ludwig-Maximillian’s University and TUM in Munich, she worked for Microsoft, and founded her first tech start-up in 2009. Ever since, she has been an active member of the German startup scene, frequently supporting as a mentor, jury member, or as an expert advisor to the European Commission (European Innovation Council).

• Natalia Lyarskaya brings 15 years of experience, having worked in a number of start-ups where she has built the teams, processes, data, platforms, and, most importantly, business applications of data and AI from scratch. She is currently a Chief Data Officer role at ZestMoney, one of the largest and fastest-growing consumer lending fintech companies in India. Coming from an applied economics background (Ph.D. in Institutional Economics from the Sorbonne University), she brings a wealth of knowledge of defining and successfully executing AI and data science strategies within various fintech organizations.
